Lucy’s dance workshop program, which includes stretching, conditioning, technique and jazz combinations, has been presented in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom to thousands of dancers.

Lucy is the co-owner of the dance technique syllabus, International Dance Technique, which has recently launched and is already used by over 100 studios worldwide. She also manages Elite Training Extension Program, a day program for dancers which is held in Sydney, Auckland, Perth, Adelaide and Gold Coast monthly.

Lucy’s production company Lucy-Rose Creates has produced three published dance books: Skillz Practice Guide, Goalz Dance Journal and Lucy’s Dancing Dreamz. In 2019, Lucy-Rose Creates is launching a touring children’s show titled Lucy’s Search For Starz.

Lucy’s SKILLZ WORKSHOP is a Technique Training workshop. Lucy prides herself on training dancers to be technically clean and strong. She follows through with this method of training in her Skillz workshop.

The workshop covers, stretching for square alignment, conditioning and strength training, break down of technical elements such as Kicks, Turns and Jumps, Technique combos and new dance Skillz to give an extra edge at auditions and competitions! Lucy’s style is unique. She is strongly grounded in all the traditional dance techniques but she teaches in a relaxed encouraging way that is highly motivational.

Her many “Lucy only” terms and techniques come from working with so many wonderful, talented students all around the world including Australia, NZ, Asia, Europe and the UK.

For the younger dancers, Lucy has created the TIARA TRAINING WORKSHOP A Mini workshop for Mini dancers!
This program is especially created for 4-9 year olds and is one of the only junior focussed technique workshops of it’s kind in Australia.

Tiara Training is perfect for the budding young dancer who loves princesses, make believe and learning some fancy new Skillz! The 1.5 hour workshop includes Stretching, Technique Progressions with a Princess Flare (of course), Improvisation and a Princess themed dance routine!

Every dancer graduates Lucy’s workshop with a FREE Tiara and a HUGE princess smile!

Lucy has been been private coaching dancers for over 9 years. She has extensive knowledge in refining technique and creating full package performers. She knows how to produce higher kicks, consecutive turns and powerful jumps. Her focus is always on the control and neatness of the work.

Lucy believes that in between moments in technique exercises are equally as important as the photo moments. Her nationally ranked and award winning group and solo choreography is performed by dancers and studios all over the world.
